That WS AmbiantWeather 2902A was used previously in Sunship by AV Consulting, and is being relocated to CSR office after the failure of our WS (same model).

Track info for setting up the WS here in this ticket.
GIS - Support #15215 (Resolved): CSR Weather Stationhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/152152023-10-09T09:54:59ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

CSR Weather Station stopped working on the 2nd of August 2023, at 12:21 pm.
After that, there is another reading on the 10th of September at 10:07 am.

No further readings are recorded in our database

(Sorry by mistake I deleted the previous ticket no. #15191 and I don't know how to recover it...)
GIS - Support #14928 (Resolved): Server is not restartinghttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/149282023-04-05T04:37:49ZSelvarani C

Hi philippe,

There was an Shutdown in the Inverter last night. Which switched off the
Server. so we try to restart the server but is not starting. Please check it.

Thanks.
GIS - Support #14362 (Resolved): Gisaf/server unreachablehttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/143622022-08-03T07:03:28ZPhilippe May

As received from Giulio this morning by mail/matrix.

I could not connect from remote, so visit on site.
GIS - Feature #14350 (Resolved): PgAdmin from remotehttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/143502022-08-01T09:27:30ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Some time back Philippe had configured PgAdmin to be accessed from remote, out of the office. It was done using the domain auroville.org.in

It would be better to change it, as the domain has changed, so that it will work in case of need...
I tried the old link https://gis.auroville.org.in/pgadmin/ mentioned in the ticket "Feature #10151" but it does not work: 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.18.0
GIS - Feature #14090 (Resolved): Move to SDDs after failure of one HDD in the RAID array of the d...https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/140902022-05-23T11:38:44ZPhilippe MayGIS - Support #14072 (Resolved): Gisaf very slowhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/140722022-05-18T05:31:04ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Gisaf is very very slow, problem started this week (from 16 may 2022) and it is very difficult to conduct any operation on it. Even entering the latest rainfall data was not possible
GIS - Support #13982 (Resolved): Update server's storagehttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/139822022-04-28T11:50:44ZPhilippe May

The storage management needs to be updated. There's now an SSD on the server after a failure of HDD, and the partitioning of the setup needs review and update.
GIS - Bug #13885 (Resolved): Wrong name showing in the list of layers in the maphttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/138852022-04-08T10:25:30ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

I tried twice to create a new survey category (Proposed Shed, Status F, name B65) and it was created. But both times, in the list of Building Layers in Gisaf map, instead of the usual "Shed" the newly created "Proposed shed" appeared, with the same number of features as the shed (378 features) but not visualizing them.
It is a category which should not show in the map layers list, as it is used for the status "F" (as we have done for other categories as well), but this time it behaves differently...
GIS - Support #13883 (Resolved): Gisaf not responding - Possible issue with tag editing?https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/138832022-04-07T12:12:40ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

This morning Raj was editing some tags for platforms. Selvarani noticed that when Raj works on tags, then Gisaf stops responding. There could be a link between the two things...
Thanks
GIS - Support #13763 (Resolved): Gisaf not respondinghttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/137632022-03-09T10:15:45ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Dear Philippe,
I see that Gisaf is not responding right now, it is not connecting and the list of layer is also weird (see screenshot 1 attached). This morning also it did not work, but in a different way: the list of layer was always loading but not showing... I could not take a screenshot because I was not in the office on someone else's laptop...

Sorry but I don't really know how better to explain the issue...
GIS - Feature #10151 (Resolved): PG ADMIN installation on serverhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/101512020-05-20T13:04:36ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

It would be good to have pgadmin installed on the server so that we can also connect from out-of-office
GIS - Bug #7957 (Feedback): Export polygon shapefiles do not show "holes"https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/79572019-03-23T11:22:05ZPushparaj Muthukrishnan

the initial description of this ticket was: "Roof is again mismatch in maduca and Maitreye 3".

Actually, the problem is with exporting polygon layers: the inside polygons, which should define the "holes", are shown in plain color.
GIS - Feature #7763 (Feedback): Infrastructure: migrate old-admin to the same server than gisafhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/77632019-02-25T05:26:59ZPhilippe May

The "old admin" is hosted on the "old" virtual machine, that was used originally.

That was migrated to Debian 9 some time ago, so we can now migrate this installation to the same VM on which the main gisaf runs, smoothing the integration of "old admin" and the main gisaf, also freeing resources on the bare server and easing server management.
