Redmine Tree Trail - Support #14573 (New): Add fields for trees (Island's)https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/145732022-10-22T09:53:42ZPhilippe May

Mail received the 31/7/2021.

Johan sent a zip with 2 sets of "shapefiles": for lines (same format than before, no issue), and for points (new model, to be defined).
GIS - Support #11898 (New): Add Aurogreen Weather Station https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/118982021-03-17T06:40:29ZPhilippe May

There's a AmbientWeather station in Aurogreen: https://ambientweather.net/dashboard/612e02813cbcd43451d4e9509c98218f

That would be nice to incorporate the data in Gisaf.
Gisaf - Feature #10948 (Resolved): Add WMS3 server capabilities (with pygeoapi)https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/109482020-09-10T06:37:37ZPhilippe May

So far, it's possible to access the layers from QGis: Eg. open
http://{server}/gj/other_tdc.building
. This is not very practical, and research and experiments with geoserver show that there's a big potential with GEO-specific APIs integration.

Gisaf should provide simple ways to integrate with OSGEO new standards (AGCAPI, WFS3, ...).

A direct application: with QGis, one could browse a catalog then add directly some layers on the map, eliminating the need for download/export of files.

[This ticket is mainly for research and feasibility, many details might change as i don't master this complex domain]
Gisaf - Feature #10741 (Resolved): Add a way for changing status of a feature, given its original idhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/107412020-08-06T10:26:42ZPhilippe May

Similar to the reconciliation by original id, but for changing status only (it's NOT a reconciliation which move features from a layer to another).
Gisaf - Feature #10675 (Resolved): Add attribution on maphttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/106752020-07-27T05:03:58ZPhilippe May

See https://github.com/Wykks/ngx-mapbox-gl/issues/115
Geomatic studio models for Gisaf - Feature #7725 (Resolved): Add a button for generating reportshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/77252019-02-20T10:53:52ZPhilippe May

It's just an idea at this point: for each feature, gisaf could be used to generate downloadable, customizable reports.

For example, from the information of one waste water treatment plant, a report could be generated (format to be defined), with the purpose of health checks, where this report would define the checks to be conducted given the components of the system.

Later on, such facility could be used for other things, like generating automatically a pre-filled redmine ticket.
Geomatic studio models for Gisaf - Feature #7711 (Resolved): Add fields to component typeshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/77112019-02-19T11:27:47ZPhilippe May

For example: ponds have vegetation
Gisaf - Feature #7379 (New): Make Gisaf installable (Progressive Web App)https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/73792019-01-05T12:44:11ZPhilippe May

See https://angular.io/guide/service-worker-getting-started
Gisaf - Support #6907 (New): Study alternative for TileServerhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/69072018-10-12T10:24:19ZPhilippe May

TileServer is not very FOSS friendly:

the free mbtiles files are old (more than 1 year from OSM), paid versions otherwise

TileServer software itself is not well maintained, as it depends from node 6 (current: version 10)

GIS - Support #6494 (Resolved): Add CC copyright on datahttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/64942018-08-22T05:25:53ZPhilippe MayGisaf - Feature #6099 (New): Sanic/Gino adminhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/60992018-06-26T05:49:59ZPhilippe May

The branch "sanic" gives a version of Gisaf on Sanic/Gino.

But there's no practical solution, as of today, for offering the equivalent of Flask-admin.

See https://github.com/fantix/gino/issues/167 and https://github.com/fantix/gino/issues/260.
Gisaf - Bug #6090 (New): Polygon rendering issuehttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/60902018-06-25T09:39:17ZPhilippe May

Some filled polygon's rendering on the mapbox-gl map don't look nice.
Gisaf - Feature #5618 (Resolved): Export layers as DXFhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/56182018-04-09T11:55:09ZPhilippe May

Architects work in Autocad, and they would be happy getting DXF files and avoid spending 5 minutes on QGIS.

This feature request needs to be specified more precisely.
Gisaf - Feature #5033 (Resolved): Add an option to display a base line in the bar chartshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/50332018-01-03T19:34:56ZPhilippe May

Use case: display the sea level for the wells
