This morning (8th of October 2022) Gisaf was down, but the server was on. I have switched the server off, then waited some time and then restarted the server. I could then connect to Gisaf, and I wanted to check how much rain we got in CSR weather station (as it was raining last night). I saw the value of 24.4 (if I am not wrong), but its date on the graph was wrong, indicating the 9th of october (tomorrow). So, I wanted to download the raw data and see how were they recorded, but I got the "Time out" error, and then Gisaf stopped connecting (see screenshot attached).
I hope you can understand what is happening... thanks for letting me know
Tree Trail - Support #14111 (Resolved): Create a VM on CSR serverhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/141112022-05-27T20:44:04ZPhilippe MayGIS - Task #13115 (In Progress): Server not working after power cuthttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/131152021-10-28T11:39:37ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

I have just been informed that there has been a few seconds power cut in CSR, following the all-day power cut. The Gisaf server was not connected to the UPS so it switched off. When office staff switched it on again, it did not resume working. They called me and I told them not to touch anything else right now, so they left it on, but of course it is not working.
I don't know how comes that the server was not connected to the UPS though...
GIS - Documentation #11506 (New): Article on wells levels graphshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/115062020-12-21T11:11:08ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

There was a hectic migration of gisdb to bullseye, postgres 12, postGis 3.

The upgrade-cluster tool didn't work, so i went with re-creating the DB, importing from backup.

But, roles were not set (only avgis). Gisaf frontend works with the new setup.

See the file ~postgres/import_postgres_12_prod_output for the errors.

Also, need to check:

- "cron" jobs
- jupyter
- backups
Gisaf - Documentation #9552 (Resolved): Weekly resampling - Starts on mondayshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/95522020-01-09T04:18:38ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

After checking data from Charlie in Aurogreen, and resampling them weekly, it comes out that for example in august 2019, there is a week tagged as "18 August" in the graph, with a total rainfall of 114.8 mm, and a following week tagged as "25 AUgust" with a total rainfall of 47.6 mm. Cross checking all data from Charlie, specifically for those two weeks, the total rainfall from 12 august to 18 august matches the resampled total for the week (114.8 mm), as well as the total rainfall from 19 august to 25 august matches the resampled total for the week (47.6 mm).
Both 12 and 19 of august were mondays.
Thus the weekly resampling starts on mondays and ends on sundays.
Gisaf - Support #9483 (New): Performance: writing gpkg is slower than shapefileshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/94832019-12-23T11:18:17ZPhilippe MayGeomatic studio models for Gisaf - Task #8096 (Resolved): Creating a Gkpg/shp for elevation point...https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/80962019-04-16T06:06:31ZPavneet Kaurkaur.pavneet22@gmail.com

TileServer software itself is not well maintained, as it depends from node 6 (current: version 10)
