Redmine Gisaf - Bug #14894 (Resolved): Well levels Timeline graphs: weekly rainfall data for 2020 not cor...https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/148942023-03-17T06:06:29ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

The graph combining weekly rainfall and well water levels in the Dashboard Water/Wells level timeline in the Home page of the website displays wrong values for the year 2020 (and perhaps also for other years): there is in fact at least one value which is very very high, comparable if not identical to the highest rainfall value of 2021: but when you check the weekly rainfall values for the year 2020 of any of the raingauge data there is no such high value...see attached image of the dashboard for the well of Michael Tait in Centre Field (screenshot 1), and the weekly rainfall data from Chaitanya and Pavneet (in Centre Field) (screenshot 4)
GIS - Bug #13885 (Resolved): Wrong name showing in the list of layers in the maphttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/138852022-04-08T10:25:30ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

I tried twice to create a new survey category (Proposed Shed, Status F, name B65) and it was created. But both times, in the list of Building Layers in Gisaf map, instead of the usual "Shed" the newly created "Proposed shed" appeared, with the same number of features as the shed (378 features) but not visualizing them.
It is a category which should not show in the map layers list, as it is used for the status "F" (as we have done for other categories as well), but this time it behaves differently...
Gisaf - Feature #11649 (Resolved): Wells timeline dashboard misc. improvementshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/116492021-01-27T07:16:08ZPhilippe May

After discussion with Giulio, the wells timeline dashboard can be improved with:

bars for rain: the blue color should remain the same even when the stratigraphy is shown (transparency/plot z-order)

levels to be represented relative to sea level, not the top of the well (taking the elevation and correction factor)

Gisaf - Bug #10732 (Resolved): Wind Speed unithttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/107322020-08-04T10:28:45ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

It looks like the values of wind speed are stored not as km/h but most probably as m/sec : it needs to be checked, and then to be expressed as km/h for consistency with normal practise. The unit of the vertical axis in the wind speed graph are reported as km/h though...
GIS - Support #10693 (Resolved): Wrong geometry type for category R54https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/106932020-07-29T11:42:57ZPhilippe May

The import of the survey file CZ-2020-07-27-TS.csv fails with error related to Point vs. Polygon geometries.

The category R54 (V_ROAD_PAVD, status D) was somehow marked as points, whereas the database showed that it was defined as polygons (as it should be obviously).
Gisaf - Feature #10569 (Resolved): Well Masterfile/Repositoryhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/105692020-07-14T11:32:12ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Here is the excel file with the details of wells, as on 14.07.2020.
All data in this "masterfile" will be stored in the database, as discussed yesterday.
In the excel file there is one tab with explanations of what fields are.
The fields marked with blue color won't be published in the main interface. In case there will be a csv file to download, all fields can be there (to be discussed)
Gisaf - Feature #10152 (Resolved): wells list in Measures Tab with only wells having measureshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/101522020-05-20T13:06:20ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

In the Measures tab, the wells list shows all existing wells.
It would be good to have instead only the list of wells having at least one measure
Gisaf - Documentation #9552 (Resolved): Weekly resampling - Starts on mondayshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/95522020-01-09T04:18:38ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

After checking data from Charlie in Aurogreen, and resampling them weekly, it comes out that for example in august 2019, there is a week tagged as "18 August" in the graph, with a total rainfall of 114.8 mm, and a following week tagged as "25 AUgust" with a total rainfall of 47.6 mm. Cross checking all data from Charlie, specifically for those two weeks, the total rainfall from 12 august to 18 august matches the resampled total for the week (114.8 mm), as well as the total rainfall from 19 august to 25 august matches the resampled total for the week (47.6 mm).
Both 12 and 19 of august were mondays.
Thus the weekly resampling starts on mondays and ends on sundays.
GIS - Bug #7957 (Feedback): Export polygon shapefiles do not show "holes"https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/79572019-03-23T11:22:05ZPushparaj Muthukrishnan

the initial description of this ticket was: "Roof is again mismatch in maduca and Maitreye 3".

Actually, the problem is with exporting polygon layers: the inside polygons, which should define the "holes", are shown in plain color.
GIS - Feature #7763 (Feedback): Infrastructure: migrate old-admin to the same server than gisafhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/77632019-02-25T05:26:59ZPhilippe May

The "old admin" is hosted on the "old" virtual machine, that was used originally.

That was migrated to Debian 9 some time ago, so we can now migrate this installation to the same VM on which the main gisaf runs, smoothing the integration of "old admin" and the main gisaf, also freeing resources on the bare server and easing server management.
GIS - Bug #7552 (Resolved): error in auto import of raw points to point shapefileshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/75522019-02-04T10:21:35ZPavneet Kaurkaur.pavneet22@gmail.comGIS - Bug #7551 (Resolved): error while downloading shapefiles from gisafhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/75512019-02-04T10:20:33ZPavneet Kaurkaur.pavneet22@gmail.com
