Redmine GIS - Support #14614 (New): CSR Weather Station not recording data?https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/146142022-11-11T04:48:46ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Dear Philippe,

I noticed that since 9 november at around 2 pm, the CSR weather station did not store any info on rainfall (I did not check other parameters).

I will ask Vijai to check the batteries, as we had a couple of overcast days and perhaps the solar charge of the weather station was not enough...

I think it is better to check also if data have been stored in Ambient Weather server or not.
Thanks
GIS - Support #14072 (Resolved): Gisaf very slowhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/140722022-05-18T05:31:04ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Gisaf is very very slow, problem started this week (from 16 may 2022) and it is very difficult to conduct any operation on it. Even entering the latest rainfall data was not possible
GIS - Support #13883 (Resolved): Gisaf not responding - Possible issue with tag editing?https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/138832022-04-07T12:12:40ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

This morning Raj was editing some tags for platforms. Selvarani noticed that when Raj works on tags, then Gisaf stops responding. There could be a link between the two things...
Thanks
GIS - Support #13847 (New): Gisaf not respondinghttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/138472022-03-30T11:49:04ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Today thee was power cut for the whole day. At a certain point there was not even Internet connection at the office. Then Internet was restored, but Gisaf is still not connecting, and if I press Shift-F5 I get a "502 Bad Gateway - nginx" error message.
We tried to switch the server off, and then on again, but to no avail

Kindly help if you can
Thanks
Giulio
GIS - Support #13447 (Resolved): Server down due to electrical power cuthttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/134472021-12-31T11:03:57ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Dear Philippe,
today there was some problem with electric power supply, and the server went down.
Selvarani tried to switch it back on but it does not work

Thanks
GIS - Task #13115 (In Progress): Server not working after power cuthttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/131152021-10-28T11:39:37ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

I have just been informed that there has been a few seconds power cut in CSR, following the all-day power cut. The Gisaf server was not connected to the UPS so it switched off. When office staff switched it on again, it did not resume working. They called me and I told them not to touch anything else right now, so they left it on, but of course it is not working.
I don't know how comes that the server was not connected to the UPS though...
GIS - Bug #12049 (Resolved): Gisaf Errorhttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/120492021-04-22T04:56:46ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

This morning Gisaf does not open, the error in the screenshot is displayed on screen
GIS - Documentation #11448 (New): Meaning of colors for wells in the maphttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/114482020-12-09T11:56:09ZGiulio Di Anastasiogiulioenrica@gmail.com

Wells in the map are represented with different colors: blue, gray, brown, yellow, red.
While it is clear that gray means that no monitoring ever happened, and blue means that the well has been monitored for some time, and yellow means that the level iks below sea level, still it remains unclear what is the meaning of red color (see for example in Discipline) and brown color (see Aurovelo, id 76).

There have been people asking for this topic
GIS - Support #9736 (New): Enter correct day and time of the measurements of the wellshttps://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/97362020-02-18T11:53:25ZPhilippe May

All recent times of monitoring of the well levels show around 4 to 5 PM.

This shows that you don't enter the time when you took the levels, but the time when you entered the value in the system. Also and more importantly, we even lose the day when you measured if you enter don't enter the levels that same day!

It's important to put proper the information there! From now on, please be careful.

Also, can you correct all the records with wrong information?
GIS - Task #8303 (New): Health check up residential zone (Priority 1 list)https://redmine.auroville.org.in/issues/83032019-05-14T05:59:18ZMeera Natarajan

and check if it is easy to measure the level there (presence of heavy slab, locked cover, accessibility of tape, presence of pump/cables, etc)?
If yes, please take immediately the level, and add this well to your list.

Kindly confirm
