From system 1 (Main system) to system 2. Currently the survey is imported in both the systems. But how to go about it when making corrections?

From system 1 to system 2, only linework is copied. final modifications are done only in system 2.
Summary- System 1 is for database and system 2 is for linework. But does system 2 needs update of database when modifications are done?
