Giulio¶

Visited Mathrimandir test lake and did locating of the test lake. Met with the Auroville water service and found the work very interesting. Met Luke and had a discussion regarding the data avaliable there. Bala could also help in measuring the meter data as he is doing in flow meter. Piezometer is tested and some discrepancy found. And is in a meeting with the Humble waters from Germany, are ready to do a short term project here and the discussion is going on.

Ram¶

Learnt to work on Auto cad, has learnt new methods to rectify mistakes , how to correct layers in Auto Cad. Is doing survey along with it learning the software knowledge.Survey of Svyam and 70% of survey is finished.

Bala¶

Has updated data in site. Getting the break meter after a month of wait. Attending the new comers program for the rest of the week.

Pavneet¶

Correcting survey data, digitizing. Teaching Raj & Ram on Auto Cad and also updated new database on Web page for whole Mathrimandir. Working on shapefiles.

Swathi¶

Working on the report on comparison of the two different DEM data and delineation of watershed.

Who we are?

Finally got the name for the team , "CSR GEOMATICS TEAM". And the team members are, Tency, Giulio, Pavneet, Raj, Ram, Bala, Jeanne & Swathi.
The team is designed to research on survey, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present spatial or geographic data.
