Infrastructure contribution¶
₹2000. A contribution toward ongoing infrastructure costs: running, maintaining and eventual replacement or upgrade

CPE (customer premises equipment)¶
The cost is highly dependent on which CPE options are chosen as listed at What about CPE (customer premises equipment)?
The Home termination box (HTB) cost is covered by the "Administration and setup" cost
The current combined ONT and router model is Alphion ASSE 1443, cost ₹3,000

Support¶
Aurinoco support is free unless a site visit is required, cost ₹250
Equipment failure¶
When equipment rented from Aurinoco fails, Aurinoco replaces it free
When equipment supplied by Aurinoco fails in the warranty period, Aurinoco replaces it free
Otherwise the subscriber has to pay for replacement equipment
