How to do a speed test¶

1. Before doing the speed test, please wait until any download is finished or pause it.
2. If you are unable to do the following speed tests, power cycle the network devices and try again.
3. Open browser and search for
   • To test the intranet speed using http://speedtest.aurinoco.net (requires using Aurinoco's DNS service, details at Which_DNS_servers_to_use).
   • To test the Internet speed using http://www.speedtest.net/. Click on "Change server" and search for ACT. Choose "Bangalore - ACT Fibernet" or "Chennai - ACT Fibernet". Click on Go.
4. When the tests have finished, take a screen shot of the test results, details in How to take a screen shot?, and mail to support@aurinoco.net, details in How to contact Aurinoco?, mentioning the date and time of test,.
