Preparation

• Ensure package xfce4-screenshooter is installed
• Set up a keyboard shortcut
  • Menu > Settings > Keyboard > Application Shortcuts > Add
  • Command /usr/bin/xfce4-screenshooter
  • OK
  • Shift+PrtScn

Use: press Shift+PrtScn and follow the on-screen prompts. "Select a region" is preferred because it allows focus on the relevant information and smaller emails
