How to take a subscription holiday?¶

Subscription holidays are available for no less than one month, beginning on the first day of a month.

To request a subscription holiday, email Aurinoco support no later than three working days before the end of preceding month. There will be an one time service contribution.

To end a subscription holiday, email Aurinoco support a week before you want reconnection. There will be an one time service contribution.
