The connection is not working What to do

  1. Check for the lights on the network devices.
  2. Power cycle the network devices
    • For GPON Users
      • Turn off the router(TP-Link).
      • Turn off the Modem.
      • Turn on the Modem and wait for all the lights to come on.
      • Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
      • Check the speed.
    • For Non-Gpon Users
      • Turn off the router(TP-Link).
      • Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
  3. Check if all the cables are plugged in.
  4. Check if all the cables are plugged in the right ports. To check if the the cables are plugged in the right ports please refer to How to set up the Modem and routers?
