The connection is not working. What to do?

  1. Check for the lights on the network devices. In-case of any LED glowing red.
    If Yes contact Aurinoco support
    If No follow the following.
  2. Power cycle the network devices
  3. Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in. To check port details please refer to How to set up the Modem and routers?
    • For WiFi Users
  4. If you are able to see the WiFi name in your devices WiFi settings;
    • Do Forget WiFi network function on your device
    • Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again.
  5. If you are not able to see the WiFi name in your devices WiFi settings;
    • Restart WiFi on your device (Laptop/Mobile/iPads, etc).
    • Scan WiFi networks for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again.
