The connection is slow. What to do?

  • Is the connection slow for all Internet services? Websites? Email? Specific apps?
    • If it's just websites, try various websites to see if they are all affected. If only a few are slow, the problem is probably the websites not your connection
    • If it's just email maybe the problem is with the email server. Give them time to fix it and re-test.
  • For WiFi connections
    • If the WiFi signal is weak, move the computer/device close to the WiFi. Is the connection faster?
    • If that is not practicable or the WiFi signal is still weak, you may need to upgrade your router to a high power WiFi model
  • If the connection is slow for all Internet services or if the WiFi signal is week, ask Aurinoco for help via How to contact Aurinoco? mentioning the date and time of the slow connection.
