Administration and support¶
Aurinoco plan subscribers have a single point of contact for administration and support How to contact Aurinoco?
BSNL plan subscribers must contact- Telephone Service for BSNL data speed issues and VoIP related queries
- Aurinoco for issues with the Aurinoco network and your CPE (customer premises equipment)
CPE (customer premises equipment)¶
Aurinoco plan subscribers may- Pay for CPE & GPON System Port
- Pay for CPE & GPON System Port in four instalments
- Rent CPE
BSNL plan subscribers must pay for their CPE & GPON System Port
Failover¶
Aurinoco plan subscribers are re-routed via an alternative Internet connection when their normal Internet connection fails
BSNL plan subscribers must wait for BSNL to fix their Internet connection when it fails
Speed¶
Aurinoco's plans all have the same "up to 16 Mbps" speed. Exceptions have been negotiated
BSNL plans have faster speeds
