BSNL plan subscribers must contact

• Telephone Service for BSNL data speed issues and VoIP related queries
• Aurinoco for issues with the Aurinoco network and your CPE (customer premises equipment)

CPE (customer premises equipment)¶

Aurinoco plan subscribers may

• Pay for CPE
• Pay for CPE in four instalments
• Rent CPE

BSNL plan subscribers must pay for their CPE

Speed¶

Aurinoco's plans all have the same "up to 16 Mbps" speed. Exceptions have been negotiated
