Aurinoco plan subscribers have a single point of contact for administration and support [[FAQ:How to contact Aurinoco?]]

BSNL plan subscribers must contact
* Telephone Service for BSNL data speed issues and VoIP related queries
* Aurinoco for issues with the Aurinoco network and your [[What about CPE (customer premises equipment)?|CPE (customer premises equipment)]]

Aurinoco plan subscribers may
* Pay for CPE & GPON System Port
* Pay for CPE & GPON System Port in four instalments
* Rent CPE

BSNL plan subscribers must pay for their CPE & GPON System Port

h1. Speed

Aurinoco's plans all have the same "up to 16 Mbps" speed. Exceptions have been negotiated

BSNL plans have faster speeds
