What is the procedure and timeline to get BSNL subscription¶
The BSNL subscription setup takes a few business working days after AVTS office submits your application to BSNL Pondy office.
- BSNL administration processes your application on their systems.
- AVTS is informed about the confirmation of the application process with details.
- AVTS sends the details to Aurinoco support team which prepares an internal issue tracker with all pertinent technical fiber routing details.
- Aurinoco team updates the BSNL systems portal with your subscription relevant data for routing the fiber circuit over the AV campus area network.
- BSNL releases the user name password for allowing to configure your optical modem so that end-2-end data path works from your site to the BSNL systems and world wide web.
- Aurinoco technical team uses the username, password to flash an optical router. After we get confirmation, testing is carried out in Aurinoco network lab.
- Network engineer schedule a site visit to the customer site.
- Installation of the optical circuit setup at customer site with all proper optical power, voltage, speed test on all devices are done. Subscription paper work is done.
- Updating of the issue tracker and internal processes, contribution processing is completed.
