i couldn't login the old admin, when i try its gives an error as below shown.

Bala, "Errors" is not a proper title for a ticket!!

Please fix this first.

This issue is fixed (see technical details below).

But, i insist that the titles of the tickets must not be something like: "ERROR". If Bala doesn't understand that, can you please, Selvarani or Giulio, help him understand?

After upgrade to Bullseye, the Python virtual environments needed to be recreated with the new Python version (3.9). I recreated one in-place (/usr/local/lib/venv/flask) and just run the install for the "old-admin (in /usr/local/lib/gisaf_flask)
