importing Error

Description
I am not able to import the Rain data's from Gisaf basket, Once i add the file in the Basket, i have to import it manually, by that time it giving me the below error.
Please refer the image attached below.
File name is - 'Rain_Shakti-id_9.xlsx'

I fixed a bug introduced with the last major updates, that impacted the update of values when importing a raingauge levels Excel sheet. I have imported the Shakti rainfall data as a test, and it went well.

By the way, i think i forgot to mention earlier that i moved the git repositories of Gisaf's sources out of Aurinoco's infrastructure. It's now hosted in my personal account on a public and free service: https://codeberg.org/Philo
