Non reliable/ wrong data in rain readings

Description
It was discussed that there should be a possibility to enter an indicator in cases when the reading recorded was non reliable. Not sure how this can be done. Any ideas?

I am encountering a case where the rain gauge reading sent is wrong/ unreliable. Instead of not using the reading, i think it is important to give the information that this is unreliable instead of skipping the reading which means it didn't rain on that particular day. Your thoughts on how this could be done?
