Looking at the V_BLDG_RTWL layer, there are 2 issues:
- bug in Mapbox, that depends on the zoom level and the shape. It's followed up already in another ticket, and it's not really in py hands (#6090)
- features: opening the layer in QGis, i can see that some shapes (rectangles) are filled. There's probably a problem with the shapefile (just talked with Pavneet about it)
Back to you Raj for following up with Pavneet about the shapefile.
Also, i changed the priority, which i don't consider urgent.
