h1. Procedures to run ping test

*Windows OS*

# Hold the *Windows* key and press the *R* key to open the Run dialog box.
# Type *cmd* and click OK.
# Type *ping -n 100* followed by an external web address that responds to pings.
# For example: *ping -n 100 8.8.8.8*
# Press Enter.

*Mac OS*

# On the Toolbar, click Go and select the Utilities folder.
# Double-click the *Terminal icon*.
# Type *ping -c 100* followed by an external web address that responds to pings.
# For example: *ping -c 100 8.8.8.8*.
# Press Enter.

*Linux OS* *Internal Speedtest:*

# Press *Ctrl+Alt+T* to launch Open a browser.
# On
the Terminal URL type speedtest.aurinoco.net or press *Alt+F2* and type gnome-terminal to also launch the Terminal.
click http://speedtest.aurinoco.net.
# Type *ping 100* followed by an external web address that responds to pings. Press Start.

*Internet Speedtest:*

# Open a browser.

# For example: *ping 8.8.8.8*. On the URL type speedtest.net or click http://www.speedtest.net/.
# Press Enter.
