h1. TP-Link Router - WR841N
*Steps:*
* Power on the WIFI wifi Router
* Connect the WIFI wifi router with a system using an Ethernet patch cable on the *LAN* port of the router
* Open the Internet Browser on the system
* Type the following IP on the URL 192.168.0.1(usually provided bottom of the Router)
* Then a pop up will come and ask you an User Name and Password
* Type a User Name : *admin* and The Password : *admin* (provided bottom of the Router)
* Then the Web interface of the router will allow you to modify and edit the Router's settings
* After successful login, click Next to start On the Quick Setup.
** Select Wireless Router and click next.
* Choose Region - India
** Time Zone.
** Click Next.
* Select Router
** Router - Enable multiple user to share internet connection via ADSL/cable modem.
** Click Next.
* Select Right top ---> Network ---> WAN Connection Type
** choose the static ip
** update the IP: 10.20.210.**
** update the netmast: 255.255.255.0
** update the Gateway : 10.20.210.1
** update the Primary DNS: 192.168.8.55
** update the secondary DNS:192.168.8.56
** Click Next.
* Wireless: click Apply/save
* check the DHCP is Enable(Default it will be Enable)
** Network Name(SSID) - ****** On the Right top ---> Wirless
** Password - ****** Change the SSID : Dustudio-optic(for example)
** Change the Region : india
** Bandwidth and Channel : Auto (if there is an other router has a same channel then we need to choose the channel, other wise it will remain Auto)
* click Apply/save
* On the Right top--->Wireless --->Wireless security
** Update or give the password: **** (it should be more then seven characters)
** Click Next.
* Confirm your settings.
** Click Save.
Wait for Apply/save
* Logout
* Then connect a WIFI Router with a ONT using a Ethernet Patch cable on the *WAN* port of the router to reboot.
* Click Finish.
you will see the Internet light will blink initially RED, After a couple of seconds it will be Green on the router
_Note:_ For Remote ACCESS
* Click Advance:
** Security ---> Remote On the Right side --->Security --->Remote management
** Web Management Port : 8000
** Remote Management IP Address: 255.255.255.255
* Click Save
