h1. The connection is not working What to do

# Check for the lights on the network devices.
# Power cycle the network devices
** *For GPON Users*
*** Turn off the router(TP-Link).
*** Turn off the Modem.
*** Turn on the Modem and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Check the speed.
** *For Non-Gpon Users*
*** Turn off the router(TP-Link).
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
# Check if all the cables are plugged in.
# Check if all the cables are plugged in the right ports.
