The connection is not working. What to do?¶
- Check for the lights on the network devices.
- Power cycle the network devices
- For GPON Users
- Turn off the router (TP-Link).
- Turn off the Modem.
- Turn on the Modem and wait for all the lights to come on.
- Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
- Check the speed.
- For Non-GPON Users
- Turn off the router (TP-Link).
- Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
- For GPON Users
- Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in. To check port details please refer to How to set up the Modem and routers?
- For WiFi Users
- If you are able to see the WiFi name in your devices WiFi settings;
- Do Forget WiFi network function on your device
- Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again.
- If you are not able to see the WiFi name in your devices WiFi settings;
- Restart WiFi on your device (Laptop/Mobile/iPads, etc).
- Scan WiFi networks for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again.
