h1. The connection is not working. What to do?

# Check for the lights on the network devices.
# Power cycle the network devices
** *For GPON Users*
*** Turn off the router (TP-Link).
*** Turn off the Modem.
*** Turn on the Modem and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Check the speed.
** *For Non-GPON Users*
*** Turn off the router (TP-Link).
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
# Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in. To check port details please refer to [[How to set up the Modem and routers?]]
** *For WiFi Users*
# If you are able to see the WiFi name in your devices WiFi settings;
*** Do Forget WiFi network function on your device
*** Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again.
# If you are not able to see the WiFi name in your devices WiFi settings;
*** Restart WiFi on your device (Laptop/Mobile/iPads, etc).
*** Scan WiFi networks for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again.
