Description
While entering new well readings, since a few days the reading value for any well gets stored twice in the database (see attached screenshot)

I think i have identified the problem. Can i shut down Gisaf for doing updates this afternoon?

I think, as you suggested, that this issue is resolved along with #15224. Can you please confirm?
Also, for cleaning the double entries made so far - there shouldn't be too many as the problem started when i did some updates, around 2 weeks ago: you said that you can do that manually from the database (with the old admin, QGis or pgadmin), right?
