dear Philippe,
I tried to upload one csv file, but I got the following

Failed to save file: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'import_basket/data/Info_Source.csv'

Fixed by:

chown -R www-data: /home/phil/gisaf_src/gisaf/import_basket/

The location of the import basket should be flexible (conf file).
Eventually the packaging of the software should take care of setting proper permissions.
