h1. The connection is not working. What to do?

# If any network device LED is glowing red, [[How to contact Aurinoco?|contact Aurinoco support]] else,
Otherwise continue with the steps below
#
[[Power cycle the network devices]] and check after two minutes.
# Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in on the devices. in. To know your device check port details please refer to [[How to set up the Modem and router?]]
# WiFi
## If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
*** Do Forget WiFi network function on your device
*** Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again
## If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi name then,
router
*** Restart WiFi on your device
*** Scan WiFi networks
*** If now the Aurinoco WiFi name router is listed, login to it by entering the password again else
