The connection is not working. What to do?

  1. If any network device LED is glowing red, contact Aurinoco support
    Otherwise continue with the steps below
  2. Power cycle the network devices
  3. Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in. To check port details please refer to How to set up the Modem and router?
  4. WiFi
    1. If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
      • Do Forget WiFi network function on your device
      • Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again
    2. If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi router
      • Restart WiFi on your device
      • Scan WiFi networks
      • If the Aurinoco WiFi router is listed, login to it by entering the password again
