General cleanup including rationalised the list indentation
The connection is not working. What to do?¶
- If any network device LED is glowing red, contact Aurinoco support
Otherwise continue with the steps below - Power cycle the network devices
- Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in. To check port details please refer to How to set up the Modem and router?
- WiFi
- If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
- Do Forget WiFi network function on your device
- Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again
- If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi router
- Restart WiFi on your device
- Scan WiFi networks
- If the Aurinoco WiFi router is listed, login to it by entering the password again
- If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
If the above steps didn't fix the connection, contact Aurinoco support
