The connection is not working. What to do?

  1. If any network device LED is glowing red, contact Aurinoco support else, Power cycle the network devices and check after two minutes.
  2. Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in on the devices. To know your device details please refer to How to set up the Modem and router?
  3. WiFi
    1. If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
      • Do Forget WiFi network function on your device
      • Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again
    2. If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi name then,
      • Restart WiFi on your device
      • Scan WiFi networks
      • If now the Aurinoco WiFi name is listed, login to it by entering the password again else contact Aurinoco support
