The connection is not working. What to do?¶
- If any network device LED is glowing red
- Check if all the cables are firmly plugged into the devices. To know your device details please refer to How to set up the Modem and router?
- If that does not fix it, Power cycle the network devices and check after two minutes. If that does not fix the red LED contact Aurinoco support.
- WiFi
- If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
- Delete the WiFi network on your device. TODO: how to do that on each OS?
- Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again
- If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi name then,
- Restart WiFi on your device
- Scan WiFi networks
- If now the Aurinoco WiFi name is listed, login to it by entering the password again else contact Aurinoco support
- If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
