The connection is not working. What to do?

  1. If any network device LED is glowing red
  2. WiFi
    1. If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router
      • Delete the WiFi network on your device. TODO: how to do that on each OS?
      • Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again
    2. If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi name then,
      • Restart WiFi on your device
      • Scan WiFi networks
      • If now the Aurinoco WiFi name is listed, login to it by entering the password again else contact Aurinoco support
