The connection is slow. What to do?

  1. Test the speed by clicking here
  2. Power cycle the network devices
    • For GPON Users
      • Turn off the router(TP-Link).
      • Turn off the Modem.
      • Turn on the Modem and wait for all the lights to come on.
      • Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
      • Check the speed.
  3. Check for the Wi-Fi signal if the Internet is connected wireless.
    • If the Wi-Fi signal is low move the modem closer to the computer.
    • Upgrade your router to which has higher range.
  4. Check if there is any is download is running in the background.
  5. Is the connection slow for all Internet services? All websites? Email etc.?
    • If its just Internet browsing, try a different browser.
      **If its just emails try a different email client or try to reinstall the email client.
