# If any network device LED is glowing red, [[How to contact Aurinoco?|contact Aurinoco support]] else, [[Power cycle the network devices]] and check after two minutes.

# Check if all the cables are firmly plugged in on the devices. To know your device details please refer to [[How to set up the Modem and router?]]

## If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router

*** Do Forget WiFi network function on your device

*** Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again

## If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi name then,
