h1. The connection is slow. What to do?
# Test the speed by clicking "here":http://www.speedtest.net/
# Power cycle the network devices
** *For GPON Users*
*** Turn off the router(TP-Link).
*** Turn off the Modem.
*** Turn on the Modem and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Check the speed.
** *For Non-Gpon Users*
*** Turn off the router(TP-Link).
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
# Check for the Wi-Fi signal if the Internet is connected wireless.
** If the Wi-Fi signal is low move the modem closer to the computer.
** Upgrade your router to which has higher range.
# Check if there is any is download is running in the background.
# Is the connection slow for all Internet services? All websites? Email etc.?
** If its just Internet browsing, try a different browser.
**If its just emails try a different email client or try to reinstall the email client.
