h1. The connection is slow. What to do?
# If there is a download running, wait for it to finish or pause it
# Test the speed by clicking "here":http://www.speedtest.net/. Choose Bharati Airtel at Bangalore for the test and take a screen shot of the result "here":http://www.speedtest.net/
# Power cycle the network devices
** *For GPON Users*
*** Turn off the router (TP-Link). router(TP-Link).
*** Turn off the Modem.
*** Turn on the Modem and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
*** Check the speed.
** *For Non-GPON Non-Gpon Users*
*** Turn off the router (TP-Link). router(TP-Link).
*** Turn on the router and wait for all the lights to come on.
# For WiFi users Check for the Wi-Fi signal if the Internet is connected wireless.
** If the WiFi Wi-Fi signal is low move the modem closer to the computer.
** If that is not practicable or the WiFi signal is still too low, upgrade Upgrade your router to a more powerful model. which has higher range.
# Check if there is any is download is running in the background.
# Is the connection slow for all Internet services? All websites? Email etc.?
** If it's its just Internet browsing, try various websites to see if they are all affected. a different browser.
** If it's **If its just emails maybe try a different email client or try to reinstall the problem is with the email server. Give them time to fix it and re-test. client.
