# Connect your desktop or laptop via Ethernet cable to router.
# Open any web browser and type 192.168.31.1 in the address bar
# Following pop-up image should open as shown in the following pic!issue#10114-i1.png!
# Enter password and hit enter key or click on '->'
# By default password is 'admin' / if you have forgot your password - [[https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-e&q=how+to+reset+MI+router+admin+password]]
# Click 'Settings' from the menu at the top of page as shown in the following pic !issue#10114-i2.png!
# By Default Wi-Fi settings appears as shown in the following pic; Else select Wi-Fi settings !issue#10114-i3.png!
# Click on 'Disable' radio button, A dialogue box with confirmation to save changes appears - Click on 'Save'.
# Wait for 30-60 secs for the changes to effect on router.
