This morning I tried to open Gisaf, but it looks it is hung again...
Please let me know if I need to do anything about the physical server

- Priority changed from Urgent to High
- Status changed from New to In Progress
Just restarted the gisaf service and it's OK now.
But i still don't know what is the root cause. Maybe related to #13985. Keeping this ticket open until i have found the reason behind these freezes.
