# If any network device LED is glowing red

** Check if all the cables are firmly plugged into the devices. To know your device details please refer to [[How to set up the Modem and router?]]

** If that does not fix it, [[Power cycle the network devices]] and check after two minutes.  If that does not fix the red <notextile>LED(s)</notextile> [[How to contact Aurinoco?|contact Aurinoco support]].

## If your WiFi device (phone, laptop ...) lists the Aurinoco WiFi router

*** Delete the WiFi network on your device.  TODO: how to do that on each OS?

*** Scan the network for Your Aurinoco WiFi network name and login by entering the password again

## If your WiFi device does not list the Aurinoco WiFi name then,
