# Test the internal speed using http://speedtest.aurinoco.net (requires using Aurinoco's DNS service, details at [[Which_DNS_servers_to_use]]). Take a screen shot of the result

# Test the Internet speed using http://www.speedtest.net/. Click on "Change server" and search for Bangalore or Bharti. Choose Bharti Airtel Ltd, Bangalore. Click on Go. When the test has finished, take a screen shot of the result. If the download speed is lower than expected, mail the screen shot to support@aurinoco.net

** If the WiFi signal is low move the modem closer to the computer.
11 4 Charles Atkinson
** If that is not practicable or the WiFi signal is still too low, upgrade your router to a more powerful model.

# Is the connection slow for all Internet services? All websites? Email etc.?
13 2 Santhosh Kumar
** If it's just Internet browsing, try various websites to see if they are all affected.
14 4 Charles Atkinson
** If it's just emails maybe the problem is with the email server. Give them time to fix it and re-test.
